Aside from readings of brief text passages, emphasis is placed on discussion and critical examination of theoretical positions as they relate to the exhibited works. To what extent can philosophical and theoretical approaches to art help us gain a better understanding of the works in question? Are theories valid and applicable, or do we need to rethink them in light of current developments in contemporary art?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-ta tw-text-small\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span lang=\"en\">No prior knowledge is required for participation in the workshop, and verbal presentations will be understood as voluntary.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-ta tw-text-small\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span lang=\"en\">Workshops are free of charge<\/span><span lang=\"en\">.
